Kathleen Wu

Hello! My name is Kathleen and I am a Chemical Engineering major with a minor in Pathogenesis. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Lyon, Reims, and Paris with the UF in France: Science History, Sustainability, and Communication program as a rising sophomore. Choosing to study abroad was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From excursions to a cosmetics facility, tapestry workshop, and compost factory, to simply having a picnic with my entire cohort, every second was truly a transformative experience. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity allowed me to learn so much about myself, French culture, and even about different industries that I can pursue a career in as an engineer!
