Samantha Kelley

Hi! My name is Samantha. I am a third year Political Science major with a minor in Spanish and European Studies. I studied abroad in Brussels, Belgium for 6 weeks and it was the best time of my life. I was so nervous before leaving and almost decided to not study abroad because it seemed scary, but I am so glad I did. I made amazing memories and met some of my best friends abroad. It was the most rewarding thing I have ever done. I am hard of hearing/deaf which added additional hurdles while abroad, but navigating those helped me feel more confident in myself. My advice is to not let any potential hurdles stop you from studying abroad and to have confidence in yourself that you’ll figure everything out! :)
