Ilyssa Mann

Hi! My name is Ilyssa Mann and I studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Cooking and baking has always been a passion of mine, and so it seemed like a no-brainer to study abroad in THE country known for its food. I took a travel course and a cooking course at Florence University of the Arts. In addition, I took an advertising and social media class, but the travel and cooking courses were my favorites. My study abroad experience really pushed me outside of my comfort zone, as I went all alone on a Non-UF program. However, I would not change anything about my experience as my roommates ended up being some of the coolest people I’ve ever met from all over the United States. After such a great experience, I am looking to study abroad again in the future!
