Elle Ray

Hello! I’m Elle, and I studied abroad in Athens, Greece during the Fall 2021 semester. I participated in a non-UF program through the American College of Greece, and could not have been happier with my experience. As an anthropology student, being able to immerse myself in a different culture was imperative to my learning, and this experience also enabled me to enhance my connection with my Greek heritage. I was able to take several wonderful elective courses at the college, but my true learning happened as a result of friendship, personal growth, and travel. The friendships forged and the experiences embodied in Athens and around Europe have made me into the person I am today, and have made me all the more excited to get out there and continue to explore the beautiful world!
